The majority of my spaces have been taken either before a child is born, or within their 1st couple of months.  So if you are interested in our childminding services, the sooner you contact us the better!         You also need to consider allowing your child to settle in - settling in properly can take a few sessions and its much easier for you as a parent, and your little one, for them to be used to our setting, before starting properly = makes the transition easier.!  We will work with parents to make the 1st day as easy as possible!!  

Yes you can!   As we are open All Year Round and are classed as an All Year Round Setting, you can use your Funded Hours on a Stretched basis -over 52 weeks and not just the 38 weeks for Term Time only settings! 

No there are not!  You can use your Funded Hours for all of your childcare hours so long as there are sufficient Funded Hours available at the time.   Any hours not covered by the Funded Hours available, will be charged at the normal rate.  

No we do not charge extras!  The only charges you will be required are to cover Yoga sessions and any Zoolab sessions which take part during the year.  We do not make a charge, either daily or weekly for consumables.   

Please contact me for specific terms but generally if you book  a space in advance, you will pay a Retainer amount which will be reflected within your 1st invoice and deducted from your 1st invoice. 

Yes you can; I offer specific contracts for Term Time only spaces with no Retainer due for school holidays.  Please contact me for specific details.  

If your child is ill or does not attend the setting, there is a fee of 50% payable, and if the setting is closed due to illness or I am on holiday, then no fee is payable.  If payments have already been made, the relevant adjustments will be made on the next invoice.  

I do not work Bank Holidays as, as much as I love my work and my children, I also like to take these days off.  There is also no fee payable as the childminding service is not available.  .

No you do not have to pay extras.  You will provide all food, nappies, wipes and creams etc and if you wish, you can store them at the setting.  

Yes I am able to access the Funded Monies for all children, in line with the Government Guidelines.  We are open All Year Round and so are termed an All Year Round setting.  This means we can offer the Funded Monies/Hours all year and not just on a Term Time only basis - this is referred to as the Stretched Offer.     We will guide you through the process from start to finish well in advance of your child's start date for the hours.
