LEARNING TO BE HEALTHY

We have spent lots of time recently tasting new foods which are really healthy for us.  We have also spent time talking about why these foods are healthy and how they help us to stay healthy.;  We have talked about vitamins and why they are good for us.  

 We love carrots as they help us to see when it is dark!  They also help us to see the moon when it is dark!  Love how our little ones learn so quickly"
