Recently, as a childminder, we have spent a lot of time tasting new foods that promote healthy eating. We've also engaged in discussions about why these foods are beneficial and how they contribute to learning to be healthy. We've covered topics such as vitamins and their positive effects on our well-being.

We love how our little ones, under the care of their childminder, are learning to be healthy with healthy eating habits like enjoying carrots! They help us see when it is dark and even help us spot the moon! It's amazing to witness their quick learning.
As a childminder, I prioritize healthy eating by teaching children valuable habits for a balanced diet. This approach not only promotes wellness but also engages them in learning to be healthy from a young age.
