FEES & FUNDING

Additional Information

Please contact me for specific details relating to my hourly fees; but below is a brief synopsis of how the fees work and the amounts payable.

My fees are payable monthly in advance, and you can pay them using the BACS system, or the HMRC childcare payment system.

If your child’s place is not available due to my holiday or sickness, then you will not be required to pay a fee. If your child is unable to attend the setting due to holiday or sickness, you will be required to pay 50% of the fee normally due.

Should payments have already been made, adjustments will be made on the subsequent invoice.

Please note, I do not charge for Bank Holidays as, as much as I love my job and my little ones,  I do not work Bank Holidays, and so your child’s place is not available.

I am also able to offer specific Term Time only contracts in which a retainer is not payable during the school holiday periods. Payment for school holiday cover will only be required if childcare cover is required during this time.

Fees include drinks and all books and resources issued for Homework purposes.

Parents will be required to pay a minimal fee towards activities such as yoga, music and Zoolab visits.

I am also able to access the Funded Hours for your little ones once they reach 9months and beyond.    Please note, we do not charge you for consumables so you will not receive a big, unexpected invoice each month!!
