Funded Childcare Hours Policy

FUNDED HOURS - POST APRIL 2024

OUR POLICY

-Funded Hours are available for all eligible age groups from April 2024 onwards.

-We have NO restrictions on when you can use your childcare funding; you can utilize your Funded Hours for ALL your childcare needs, accommodating any start and finish times you require.

-We are an All Year Round Setting, allowing you to use all your Funded Hours on a Stretched Basis, covering both School Holidays and Term Time.

-There are NO limitations on when you can access your Funded Hours. You can use them to cover up to 52 weeks of the year, unlike other settings that typically offer funding for only 38 weeks with restrictions.

-We will not send unexpected invoices for consumables or non-funded childcare hours required on a daily basis. Instead, you will receive a synopsis at the beginning of each Funded Block detailing your fees.

-With nearly 10 years of continuous experience in providing childcare using our Funded Hours policy, we ensure that children stay with us from when they become eligible until they transition to Primary School.

-We handle all the administrative work related to your childcare funding and hours, ensuring everything aligns with the available Funded Hours. You simply need to agree to the hours and complete the necessary paperwork— all admin, communication, and claims are managed on your behalf!

-We’re also here to assist you in finding answers to any questions you might have regarding eligibility for Funded Hours and all aspects of accessing your entitlement.

-We aim to make the entire process as straightforward as possible for you!
