Funded Hours - Post April 2024

FUNDED HOURS - POST APRIL 2024 

OUR POLICY 

-Funded Hours are available for all eligible age groups, from April 2024 onwards. 

-We have NO restrictions on when you can use your Funded Hours; you can use them for ALL your childcare, from whatever start time you need to whatever finish time you need. 

-We are an All Year Round Setting meaning you can use All your Funded Hours on a Stretched Basis, covering School Holidays and Term Time.

-There are NO restrictions on when you can use your Funded Hours -you can use the Funded Hours to cover 52 weeks of the year and not just the 38weeks of the year available - with restrictions - at other settings. 

-We will not suddenly email you with an Invoice for consumables or childcare hours which are not funded but which you need on a daily basis - you will receive a synopsis at the start of each Funded Block which shows your fees 

-We have nearly 10 years of continuous experience of providing childcare using Funded Hours and our children stay with us, from when they are eligible right up to when they make the transition to Primary School. 

-We will do all the preparatory work for you in terms of the admin and hours you need, worked against the Funded Hours available.  This means you just need to agree to the hours and complete the relevant paperwork - all the admin and communication and claims are done for you! 

-We will also help you to find answers to any questions you may have re eligibility for Funded Hours and all aspects of accessing your Entitlement.  

-We will make the whole process as pain free as possible for you!
