Playing with cardboard tubes is just amazing- children can learn so much from such easily accessible items! They can learn about sizes, shapes and see which things fit togther and why they don't!!

Pretend Play is amazing and essential for children to learn. Pretend Play allows them to use their imagination and enhance their roleplaying skills. It also allows them not to become over stimulated.
We love drawing our own Treasure Map to take on our Treasure Hunt - we followed directions and landmarks to make it easier!
We love spotting shapes on our walks, and we loved spotting the big and little circles in this photograph!

We have spent lots of time recently taking more control over our pencil movements, to make sure we stay within the lines when we colour. Slow and controlled movements - we are doing really well!
