Hi, I’m Trace , & I have been an Ofsted Registered Childminder for 24 years. Prior to that I worked as a Senior Pensions Technician at Zurich Insurance, and I sent my son Sam to a childminder whilst I worked.
Having been on the receiving end and having to place Sam in a childcare setting, I can fully appreciate the needs and constraints of being a working parent, and having to juggle home and work.
I live the Swindon end of Devizes with my family; my husband and son.
My last Ofsted Inspection took place in November 2024, and I’m very proud to say I achieved a Good rating in all aspects. Ofsted were particularly impressed with the progress the children make, and how happy and settled they all were.

I’m also very well trained in all aspects of childcare; Child Protection, 1st Aid Training, Safeguarding, Phonics, Communication, & Special Need for example ,

Our setting is a warm, friendly, homely and family orientated setting, where all the children enjoy their time with us and become very much part of our family. We treat all our children as if they were our own.!

I’m also very well trained in all aspects of childcare; Child Protection, 1st Aid Training, Safeguarding, Phonics, Communication and Special Needs. I'm also trained in caring for children with specific Allergies; as well as Promoting Positive Behaviour & Building Self Esteem in children. I'm also well versed in Transitions with special reference to the Transition to School. I've also undertaken specific training relative to Autism and ADHD Awareness.
